Varivac Extraction System

The Varivac Extraction System meets and exceeds all the requirements of COSHH regulations. Its modular design means that it can be used in any heat treatment or workshop area.

The Varivac is a modular extraction system that can be used in a range of configurations and combinations either flexible arm or extraction hood units.

The unique fume intake configuration of the Varivac captures all fumes and prevents any spillage. An optional electrical interlock prevents the use of any linked equipment before the Varivac is switched ‘ON’. The Varivac can be fitted to existing equipment if required with a choice of low level or high rise exhaust outlets.

All fans have galvanised mild steel impeller and are individually selected to match the number of units and the system resistance.

• Average noise level 80 dB at 1 metre

• Optional fan control permits a reduction of volume to suit
