The DS300D Double Brazing Hearth is based on well proven Flamefast technology with fail safe controls. The unit can be run on either Natural Gas or LPG bottled gas.
The heavy duty refractory bases of the brazing hearths both have an area of 0.4 square metres and are designed for minimum maintenance. The sides and rear of the hearth areas are insulated to prevent flame spillage.
The air supply for the RF80 torches, which deliver up to 80,000BTU each, is provided by a single phase whisper quiet integral fan. One or both of the RF80 torches can be replaced with a smaller RF10 jewellery torch to allow fine work to be carried out. All Flamefast RF torches have a single hand-wheel to give ease of flame control and a constant flame pattern over the range of flame sizes. The torches are ignited electronically.
As with all Flamefast equipment, the DS300D Double Brazing Hearth is covered by the Flamefast unconditional 2 year warranty.

at source.
The DS 300D is identical to the DS 300 single brazing hearth with the addition of a slave unit which gives the convenience of dual working positions.
The unit is supplied with two easy-to-use single valve controlled RF 80 torches, which allow one-hand operation
As with the DS 300 Single Brazing Hearth the DS 300D is supplied with a solid refractory hearth with robust side, central and rear heat shields. The DS 300D complies with BritIsh Gas standards and is a fully failsafe system. All sequences are visually displayed using neon indicators. On start-up the gas train, hoses and torches are tested for escaping gas. Leaks from any component will result in a continuously illuminated red neon and the main flow of gas will be prevented from entering the system.
