The DS320 is a combined Brazing Hearth and Forge with fail-safe controls. It is based on well-proven Flamefast technology and is particularly useful where space limitations are a consideration. The DS320 consists of a hearth area equipped with a side burner and a Flamefast RF80 brazing torch. The unit can be run on either Natural Gas or LPG bottled gas.
The unit has a single-phase whisper quiet integral fan to provide the air supply. With the use of the side burner, the unit is immediately capable of reaching its working temperature of 1,200ºC. The forge has a working area of 390mmx390mm and can work up to 50mm steel bar.
The area of the Brazing Hearth is adjustable using heat reflective blocks to create the optimum configuration for any brazing operation. The RF80 brazing torch delivers up to 80,000BTU of heat output. The RF80 can be replaced by a Flamefast RF10 jewellery torch for fine work. An additional RF80 or RF10 can also be fitted to the unit to create a double brazing facility.
All Flamefast RF torches have a single hand-wheel control to give ease of flame control and a constant flame pattern over the range of flame sizes. The torches are ignited electronically.
As with all Flamefast equipment, the DS320 is covered by the Flamefast unconditional 2-year warranty.
