Feasibility Studies
Flamefast offer feasibility studies to assist clients with the overall planning and cost effectiveness of intended projects.
Working Area Design Services
Our project design service frees your staff from committing your own resources on project design. Utilising the Flamefast design team and our extensive knowledge of all the current legislation and regulations. Flamefast offer Free Of Charge design services for Hot Metal Areas, including extraction system designs which comply with Building Bulletin 21 and COSHH 7 requirements.
Package Supply Services
Flamefast understand the importance of ease of purchasing and to that end, in conjunction with partner organisations, offer a package procurement service. This includes not only Flamefast product but also items such as CAD/CAM, Lathes, CNC and Woodworking equipment.
Installation, Testing and Commissioning
All Flamefast products are installed, fully tested and commissioned as part of the supply service. Flamefast site engineers are both CORGI and / or NICIEC registered. All tests are fully documented and copies of the test reports are presented to the client at the end of the project.
Service Contract
Flamefast offer a comprehensive range of service contracts to
suit customer requirements. These include annual service agreements
for Hot Metal Equipment and COSHH testing for extraction systems
including Wood Waste and Fume Cupboards and, additionally emergency
call-out servicing.
So whether we are the main contractor - accepting prime responsibility
for the supply of the entire project - or design, manage, supply
and commission Hot Metal Equipment and extraction to your establishment
through a third party, Flamefast are happy to provide customer
care you can rely on.
