The projects are designed so that teachers can select as little or as much support as they might need in developing their scheme of work. Each scheme of work contains all the information required to teach the expected skills, knowledge and understanding at the selected levels of pupil capability. Teachers can select their own pathway through the system to gain information on:
- Medium and day to day teaching plans.
- Extended and support tasks for the most able and the least able.
- Hand-outs and support materials provided by the authors and by teachers.
- Examples of pupil work.
- Planning which considers assessment outcomes.
- Skills, knowledge, tools and processes.
- Materials and costing.
- Links with other subjects -math's, science, Art and ICT.
- Language and vocabulary.
- Focused practical tasks.
- Risk assessment.
