We are indeed experiencing challenging times

With the concerns surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak we wish to reassure our clients and contacts that Flamefast and Flamefast Scotmech remains fully operational and open for business.

  • We are keeping matters under close review and following all appropriate UK Government guidance to ensure the well being of our employees, their families, suppliers and our clients.
  • We have robust contingency plans in place to ensure that all tasks within the Company will be able to continue with minimal disruption, this includes any roles which can, operating on a home office basis and or rotational basis in all our offices
  • Our plans will always be to ensure the continuity of supply and service to all our customers and priorities during this time.
  • We are constantly monitoring our supply chain and as we speak envisage no interruptions, however do have planned options if any occur.
  • We operate in a paperless environment and so all customer records and transactional documents are held electronically and can be accessed remotely.
  • Taking our staff and their families into priority consideration, we have instigated strict operating procedures within our premises.
  • We are currently continuing to operate our installation and service contracts without any issues.
