The Mechanical Training system provides participants with hardware allowing for hands-on experiments in mechanical shaft alignment, pulley alignment, belt installation, sprocket alignment, chain installation, gear
alignment practices and speed ratio’s.

A user interface to provide an order which will be fulfilled by the robot.

VARIABLE SPEED CONVEYOR WITH SENSORS

A belt conveyor that can transport products to or from the robot working area

CNC MACHINE TRENDING

Simulates a CNC operation and a handshaking required between the robots and external machines.

PRODUCT ASSEMBLY APPLICATION

Allows the robot to retrieve parts from storage to build a complete product

PROGRAMMABLE CONTROLLERS & DISTRIBUTED IO

Allows connection to external controllers via digital io or networking using standard protocols such as ethernet, IP, Profinet and Modbus.

2D & 3D ARTIFICIAL VISION

Allows the use of vision sensors to identify and measure products and can also provide coordinates for robot guidance.


Each application panel can be quickly installed on the RTS system utilising prewired interfacer modules and cables.
